The contactless brushmist dampening system incorporates independently variable-speed, motorised, stainless steel dampener fountain rollers, chrome-plated dampener vibrator rollers, rubber dampener form rollers and stainless steel trays with inlet/outlet. |

| INKING SYSTEM |
| The inking system consists of a swing-down ink fountain which allows easy cleaning. 24 keys/lever across the width of the ink fountain roller control the ink feed. The ink override control mechanism on the ink fountain roller ensures quick distribution of the ink all along the surface of the roller during printing runs and also easy cleaning of the ink fountain. |

The gear-driven roller train comprising of copper-plated vibrator rollers, ink transfer and ink form rubber rollers, ink feed and ink fountain rollers ensures proper ink mixing and transfer of ink film on the plate cylinder or plate.
PU-coated ink vibrator rollers are supplied as optionals. Lever-style ink fountain is supplied as a standard feature in the Orient Super and as an option in the Orient Standard models.Orient- X-cel model is equipped with segment ink fountain blade. |

| PLATE AND BLANKET CYLINDERS |
| Specially-developed, solid stainless steel blanket and plate cylinders are dynamically balanced and mounted on preloaded, high-precision TM taper roller double-row bearings, assuring true rolling. |
| SLIT-TYPE PLATE LOCK-UP |

This is a tool-less plate lock-up system which has a central registration pin for plate location. It is maintenance-free, and there is no chance of the plate coming out during running. |

| SPRING-TYPE PLATE LOCK-UP |

This system has eight beryllium copper springs per cylinder operated by a revolving lock-up shaft. The springs keep the plate in positive tension. |

| T-BAR BLANKET LOCK-UP |

This is the easiest blanket lock-up system where the blanket can be changed within a few minutes in case of any damage to the blanket during production. |
