We conduct Induction Training Program for every new employee with the objective of making the initial days structured and helping individuals to adapt within the organization quickly. In induction program, every new joinee will get the exposure of working for each function. Suggestions are also invited from the new joinees at the end of the program to improve upon the process continuously and strengthen our belief of participative management.
At the end of the training, thorough evaluation is done.

Performance & Reward
For each role, KRAs are defined. There is a close relation between performance and rewards at tph. Every individual’s performance and the potential for higher role will be measured through the Systematic Performance Management System.
Every individual's departmental and organizational training needs will be identified and internal and external training will be arranged to improve the skill-set of the individual.
