3. REEL STAND

4. Reel Stand With Pneumatic Disk Break
The reel stand RSDB is provided with pneumatically operated disc brakes in lieu of spring controlled shoe brake.
In this model the position of the dancing arm is controlled by a special valve, which is separated by a cam.
The dancing arm through the disc brake controls the Web Tension. Due to inherent design of the disc brake system and pneumatic control this system controls the tension better than shoe type brake with spring control.
5. Reel Stand With Pneumatic Reel Changer
The arrangement loads and unloads the reels from the stand through the pneumatic cylinders. The required control circuit for the pneumatics is provided. The lifting and lowering is done by a manually controlled direction value.
6. OPERATING CONTROL STATION

As an option, an independent free standing operator console with a master dampener control can also be offered.

7. DRIVE AND TRANSMISSION

The reel stand is an integral part of the mono unit. However, freestanding and independent reel stands are also available. It is equipped with manually adjustable wooden brakes and a dancing roller with spring tension control.

Optional features include pneumatically operated paper roll shafts, braking system and reel lifters.

Paper reel shaft with chucks and a set of reel loading trolley and trolley additions are standard accessories supplied with each reel stand and mono unit.
